Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Scope

This policy covers consulting engagements with Workspace Vectorgrid for cloud migration planning (assessments, workshops, sequencing, runbooks, and advisory retainers). The website itself does not sell products online or take payments. The local data tracking utility, when obtained via Veve, is subject to that store’s terms in addition to any licence notices supplied with the software.

Deposits and prepaid fees

Where a written agreement requires a deposit, the agreement states whether the deposit is refundable. Unless stated otherwise, deposits become non-refundable once discovery workshops have started or documents have been delivered in draft.

Eligibility for refunds

Timeframe to request

Refund requests related to billing errors should be raised within 14 days of the invoice date. Cancellation notices should be sent in writing to info@workspacevectorgrid.digital as early as practicable.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Client cancellations with at least 5 clear business days’ notice before a booked workshop day may be rescheduled once without additional fee. Later cancellations may incur a charge for reserved planner time as set out in the engagement letter. No-shows for confirmed sessions are charged as delivered.

Work already started

Time already spent on discovery, document review, or drafting is billable. Materials prepared to the date of cancellation remain our intellectual property unless the agreement assigns them on payment.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, typically within 14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Contact for refund requests

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom law that cannot be excluded remain unaffected. This policy does not cover third-party cloud vendor charges, travel you book independently, or software purchased through unrelated stores except as those stores provide.
